All Right-of-Way (ROW) contractors must obtain a ROW Permit from the Department of Public Works before conducting any work within the City’s ROW and must adhere to all conditions outlined in the Contractor’s Agreement.
The ROW permit holder assumes responsibility for the work of any additional ROW contractors operating under the same permit. It is the ROW permit holder’s duty to ascertain the necessity of additional permits.
