Please note that you must bring proof that our value is incorrect with you to Grievance Day. You will have 5 minutes to present your proof of value to the Board of Assessment Review.

- Recent appraisal for a bank loan (considered valid proof of value)
If the issues concern interior condition, recent dated pictures of the issues (condition reductions are for 1 year only) can be brought with you as well.
Details on scheduling a 15-minute appointment for Grievance Day 2025 will be available early next year.
